Uborkasaláta (Cucumber Salad)

"Uborka" means cucumber and this salad simply consists of vinegar, water, sugar, salt, red paprika powder and smashed garlic added to the sliced cucumber. Of course I love to eat with lots of sour cream and Hungarian red paprika powder :)
